A person was wounded in a shooting Friday morning on the Eisenhower Expressway, the second shooting on the West Side interstate in just about 10 hours.Illinois State Police troopers were dispatched for reports of shots fired at 11:50 a.m. on westbound I-290 at Harlem, according to ISP. One person was wounded and was taken to a hospital, although details about the victim’s age, gender and condition were not immediately available.
