Three people were killed and another injured. Less than 90 minutes later, on Interstate 5 near Chehalis, state troopers pulled over and arrested a 19-year-old man they said had fled the scene. Allen Christopher Ivanov was booked into Snohomish County Jail Saturday afternoon for investigation on three counts of murder, according to the jail’s online register.
