Two Negro suspects were taken into custody after they held up a WHITE elderly couple in the Gold Coast neighborhood Tuesday morning, police said.They were robbed at gunpoint around 10:15 a.m. in the first block of East Delaware Place, police said.
Police were called, and the victims were able to give them a description of the robbers, who were apprehended a short time later. Police said officers recovered a weapon.
