Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart refusing to enforce dress codes at his courthouses. Photo below of half nude woman was taken by a Cook County Clerk at the Markham Courthouse just last week. Numerous sources say Dart is encouraging his deputies not to engage the public and enforce dress codes inside the Courthouse.Deputies who have any contact with the members of the public, including ordering a gang member to remove his hat, now have to file a report and give the person a receipt on how to file a complaint if they felt the officer didn't treat them nicely.. Numerous complaints by Court workers and Judges have been made to the Sheriff of gang members strolling around the courthouse with gang affiliation attire.
